The Ministry of Justice superintends the indictment and prosecution of offenders of ML/TF and predicate offenses statutes/laws of Liberia. Effects seizures and makes applications for freezing and confiscation of assets relating to ML/TF and predicate offenses. MoJ coordinates mutual legal assistance. They provide updates on the execution of ML/TF & predicate offenses statutes/laws including reporting on the number of indictments, seizures, freezing & confiscation of assets relating to ML/TF & predicate offenses; as well as mutual legal assistance. MoJ is chair of the IMC and a member of the Financial Crime Working Group.

Courts are responsible for the adjudication of ML/TF/PF cases and related predicate offenses based on the court’s jurisdiction on cases.

Magistrates are responsible for the adjudication of ML/TF/PF cases and related predicate offenses based on the court’s jurisdiction on cases.
